Western India KINFRA Limited (WIKL), established in 1994 (CIN: U45309KL1994PLC008288), is a Joint Venture Company (JVC) promoted by the Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (KINFRA) — a statutory body under the Government of Kerala — and Kalpaka Infrastructure Private Limited (Formerly WISE Infrastructure Limited).
WIKL was formed with the objective of developing and managing WISE PARK, a 200-acre Integrated Industrial Township located at Kanjikode, Palakkad District, Kerala. The township is conceived as a self-contained industrial ecosystem equipped with all essential infrastructure and support facilities required by modern enterprises to establish and operate successfully.
As a Public–Private Partnership (PPP) venture, WIKL brings together government backing and private sector efficiency, offering a model for sustainable and investor-friendly industrial development in Kerala.
Single Window Facilitation
To provide industries with a seamless setup experience, the Government of Kerala has constituted the “Integrated Industrial Township Single Window Clearance Board – Palakkad”, chaired by the Principal Secretary (Industries). The Board includes the District Collector and senior district-level officers of all major departments, ensuring time-bound clearances and coordinated support for enterprises within WISE PARK.
